Canyon County Regional REALTORS® is proud to kick off 2026 with an energizing morning event featuring three distinguished leaders who will inspire and equip us for a successful year. Continental Breakfast and Lunch are included.

Ronda Conger, is a real estate renegade and builder of big things — homes, teams, companies, and humans. Wherever she goes, she brings bold vision, big energy, and a passion to learn, grow, and make people better. She has been the Vice President of CBH Homes for 22 years, where she challenges the old ways, oversees all areas of a for-profit company, all while building a best place to work with a culture of love, fun and get stuff done attitude.

Alex LaBeau, President of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, has led IACI since 2006 and has a long history in Idaho public policy, including previous service with the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. He is widely recognized for his work advocating pro-business tax and regulatory policies across the state.

David Hensley, CEO of Idaho REALTORS®, previously served as Chief of Staff to Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter and has deep experience in state leadership. David will present the new 2025 real estate forms and address questions on how the 2024 NAR changes have progressed.

Alex LaBeau, President of Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry Alex became President of IACI on September 25, 2006 — only the fifth person to hold the position in the organization's history. Prior to that, he served as Government Affairs Director for the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, and he participated extensively on IACI’s Public Affairs and Tax Policy Committees beginning in 1993. Under his leadership IACI has represented a wide cross-section of Idaho employers (small and large) and has actively advocated for business-friendly tax and regulatory policies. He is a native of Twin Falls, Idaho. As of 2016, commentary in Idaho Business Review noted IACI’s strategic shift under his leadership, including a tagline change from “The Voice of Business in Idaho” to “Employers advocating economic opportunity in Idaho.”

David Hensley, CEO of Idaho REALTORS® Prior to this role, David served in the Office of the Governor, where he was the Chief of Staff for Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter between 2011 and 2018. Before that, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to Governor Otter. Hensley is a Native Idahoan with a sincere appreciation for our state and individual communities. David will be sharing the new real estate forms for 2026 and will answer any questions regarding NAR changes and how they've evolved.
