Description

The Idaho Commission Core Course is the state's required annual continuing education program for real estate licensees. Developed by the Idaho Real Estate Commission, the course provides timely instruction on changes in Idaho law, administrative rules, Commission guidelines, significant court decisions, risk management practices, and other issues affecting the practice of real estate. Updated each year, the curriculum is designed to strengthen professional competency, reduce legal risk, and promote ethical, consumer-focused brokerage throughout Idaho. The class is FREE for all members - $20 if you don't cancel by 2 PM the day before the class or do not show. $39 to non members.
