 Christy is an accomplished Treasure Valley Area agent that brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. With years of experience and Christy’s friendly “family style” care to her customers she has proven her ability to guide you thru the buying or selling process for the best value and as stress free as possible.

An Idaho native, Christy has experienced our farm grounds go from crops to developments as well as being a part of finding a balance between development and right to farm. Life is about change and Idaho has certainly changed. As an Idaho native Christy is as close to home and familiar as you can get about this great state and all it has to offer.

As an experienced agent, Christy understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege.

 In her spare time, she loves exploring Idaho, reading and patio time and mostly spending time with her husband, family and pets. 

Christy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Caldwell Board of Realtors, is a Top Producer for 2016 – 2024, 2021 President of the Caldwell Board of Realtors, 2021 Caldwell Board of Realtors -Realtor of the Year and 2009 Vice President of Membership for Women’s Council of Realtors. She also serves on 3 State Committee's, Rules and Regulations Committee for the IMLS and several committees for the Caldwell Board of Realtors along with multiple volunteer service opportunities in her local communities. She is also an advocate for continuing education and has earned the following designations and certifications in the industry.
